As summer nears, here is a short list of things I would like to improve upon...
Physical:
1. Walk/Run
2. Drink less coffee
3. Eat more vegetables
Mental:
1. Read more
2. Play more chess
3. Spend more time in my dark room
4. Explore, Learn, Understand
Personal:
1. Spend more time with my family
2. Stay in touch with friends
3. Talk and express my thoughts to those around me
4. Cut down on stress, or find better ways to deal with it
